Do not use Spirit Movers in Sarasota, Fl for local moves

Made initial appointment, never called-never showed (should have been my first clue!) I made another appointment, asked why they didn't show before, they could not answer question. Day of move, showed up 5 hrs after sschedule time, moved everything to new residence. Got truck unloaded and left. Never asking if anything needed moved...left casters off bed, t.v. on floor-not on t.v. stand, never asked if anything was missing or damaged (yes to both!) Filled out damage/missing report - never contacted me. I called company one month later. Company said they would call next day. Thay did not. I called company. Very poor communication on their part. If you want a moving company that puts forth the effort to make sure the job is done right, and customer is please--this is not the moving company for you. Would not recommend this moving company to friends or enemies!!!!!!!
