Deceptive upcharge
- - Free gift charged.

- - The customer would not do business again.
I went to buy a zodiac bracelet and in the transaction they offered a "free gift"that I accepted but it turned out not to be a free gift and I was charged. As a result I cancelled the whole order which they acknowledge but ended up shipping the order anyways.
I feel this company is shady as *** and would never do business again. Only customer service agent was polite but that's it.
