Dear Sir,
Despite repeated requests, the legal issue concerning my car with registration number WB02AC-8884, complaint ID 0230****, remains unresolved.
I kindly request you to take immediate action to address the matter with the Purnia Police Station. Additionally, I request that you provide me with proper documentation as proof of the removal of my name from the registration certificate of the mentioned car.
Please note every time your representative and your advocate Mr. Bipin Yadav told me over the phone that the issue would get resolved soon.
Even today the police station contacted me to confirm that no steps have been taken from Spinny's end.
I await your prompt response.

Subject: Complaint Registration for Abusive Communication
Dear Spinny Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding abusive communication that I experienced during my recent interaction with one of your representatives.
On 9.03.2024, I contacted Spinny customer support regarding the evaluation of my Marthi EECO 2011 car. While discussing the matter with your representative, Mr. Ajit Singh (Mobile Number - 944403**** but often calls from 0223507****) I encountered disrespectful and abusive language directed towards me. The tone and language used during the conversation were completely unacceptable and left me feeling deeply upset and disrespected.
As a customer, I believe it is imperative to maintain a professional and courteous communication environment at all times.
Unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of these expectations and left a negative impression of your customer service.
I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. It is essential to uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with customers.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue promptly and provide me with an update on the steps taken to address my complaint. Additionally, I request that you take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers.

Ajit Singh in written and video. If there is no steps taken on this complaint, I am taking this issue to consumer court after 15 days.
