While discussing the matter with your representative, Mr. Ajit Singh (Mobile Number - 944403**** but often calls from 0223507****) I encountered disrespectful and abusive language directed towards me. The tone and language used during the conversation were completely unacceptable and left me feeling deeply upset and disrespected.
As a customer, I believe it is imperative to maintain a professional and courteous communication environment at all times.
Unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of these expectations and left a negative impression of your customer service.
I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. It is essential to uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with customers.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue promptly and provide me with an update on the steps taken to address my complaint. Additionally, I request that you take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers.
