Trouble in every department
I received an email not long after posting this review. Telling me that I did not meet the minimum deposit requirements of $20 equivalent in Bitcoin but tell me how they run.
A promotion for 75 free spins with a minimum deposit of $10.
So I deposited the equivalent of $10 in Bitcoin, which it allowed me to do because it is posted that the minimum deposit for Bitcoin is $10 on their website. But.Now they're trying to say that I did not meet the minimum deposit requirements of $20.These people are crooks
First deposit never received my fs bonus so they added $4 to my acc like that was equal to it. At least I got my deposit that time...
Deposit number 2 after I was unsettled about making another deposit they took my money and never added to acc.
It's been 2 days now of hearing I'm going to get a email about resolution all supposedly will be figured out in 1 days time so why is day 3 peeking in. Beware these people are crooks and should be avoided at all costs.
Preferred solution: Full refund
