Thwae guys act retarded and should not have abusines, I want make my money back or when my eoyalties reach 1,500 I quit, or they refund my money immediately.

These guys have been contacted over a half dozen times by my compliance and customer service secretary and they refused to answer

An opinion is something is mostly a perception we are talking about facts here. Its a fact that considering the e idence they cant follow simple directions are a fact nog opinion.
Dear Marlon, thank you for sharing your feedback. First we would like to clarify the situation for transparency.
Within two weeks of starting the publishing process, we had already proofread and formatted your book, at which point you expressed much satisfaction with our services. Later, you requested multiple changes to the manuscript, which we promptly accommodated. Shortly thereafter, you decided to upgrade your plan to include additional formats - hardcover, eBook, and audiobook. We fulfilled this request, creating and distributing all the formats accordingly.
Despite the successful completion of all these services and your book being published for nearly six months, you requested a refund. This request is unreasonable, especially considering all production services were completed as agreed. Since then, we have attempted to contact you multiple times without success. Regarding the $20k you mentioned as “loss”, this does not reflect reality.
The total production cost was approximately $1k, which is a fraction of what most publishing companies charge for similar services. While there were a few misunderstandings during the publishing process, we remain open to communicating with you directly to address any remaining concerns. As always, we strive to provide the best possible service to our authors, and we encourage you to reach out to your production manager for further assistance.

Instead of working with them, you need to sue them for making false claims or racial profiling. That is the best way for them to not make these ASSumptions.
