I had purchased a 10spin and 10trx package from this club with a friend.. we were told we could use it for anything (combo classes, spin and trx) I showed up once and called twice to do a TRX class (oh they never answer the phone) and because I was the only one signed up I got turned away!!
No one keeps track of how many spin or how many TRX classes I had done, with four classes left I got kicked out of a spin class (that wasn't full) because the owner had decided that I could only do TRX classes.. (my friend who bought the same package got to stay)
This is a very poorly run business (classes are always starting late) the schedule gets smaller everytime she issues a new one and the bikes are always breaking down plus her prices are way to high!!!

I love this place
I absolutely love spinaflex! The workout I get there is like no other.
Every time I leave I am drenched with sweat. The owner has been nothing but polite and helpful. Sometimes the classes start a few minutes after the start time, but not all the time. The people who commented so negatively below are being too sensitive and not portraying reality.
If you want a fun, killer, effective workout - spinaflex is where you'll get it.

I find that even when I'm slowing down they motivate me to keep going.
The atmosphere is awesome, and I love the cinematic environment. I will definitely be renewing my membership.
I asked the owner about this complaint. She is pretty sure she knows who posted this and says that this lady repeatedly stole classes by sneaking in to the classes without signing in.
The owner doesn't like confrontation so let it go several times but when she finally confronted the lady, the lady made a huge fuss (probably to save face) and then went and posted this dishonest review. Sites like these don't allow the owner much recourse but I thought that some of you readers might appreciate knowing the other side of the story. The owner is a very hard working lady who will do her best to help you get fit and healthy. She offers a great alternative to the big gyms if you are looking for a smaller environment and a more personal approach.
But as with all things, it's hard to keep constant grumblers & complainers happy. I'd suggest you try it out and decide for yourself.
Disagree to a certain extent as the owner is very nice. However, bikes are always broken, change rooms smell and are always dirty, gym temperature control is awful, the unique environment advertised (strobe lights and video display) are broken most of the time and the classes are always running late!
Not worth the price; which can be approx 100 dollars a month for spinning alone. Any high end gym can offer you that all inclusive!
Agree with the other complaints. Classes always start late but always end on time.
The owners spin class is deadly boring, the strobe lights and disco ball are overkill. The owner is rude and unprofessional.
Unfortunately it's the only gym in Burlington offering TRX. This is not a boutique gym, it's dirty and cold.
You sound like a person who was scamming the company and got caught, and this is your only recourse to try to sabotage a business that is try to providing a good service to good people.

I totally agree with the comments above! Spinaflex is very poorly run!
They use little cards to keep track of your classes which are filed by first name last intial. i lost 5 classes because someone was using my card and when I complained I was told "to bad".
Well atleast my friend got 3 free classes because noone was at the counter to sign them in.. Hate that place!!!
