They never sent my money!
After playing for a while, I decided to leave because I wasn't doing very well. I cashed out what I had left - $75, and I never received that money.
I sent several notices to customer service and no one ever responded.
There is nowhere on their site that gives any additional information on how to contact someone by phone. It has been very frustrating to know that they can get away with this, and I wonder how many people they've done this to.
User's recommendation: Don’t even go there. There are several other Casinos online that are honest.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Paid, but horrible communication
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I already posted and apologized to them :) They sent my payment to a Paypal I didn't know I had.
I never used it before. I mentioned to them that if they had communicated that to me, we could have solved the problem in the beginning.
They have since reached out to me and confirmed that they are working on this and were sorry for not responding to my emails. We're all good!
I had written a complaint about not being paid my winnings and yesterday, I realized the payment was sent to an old Paypal account I forgot I had. I apologize for saying I wasn't paid.
However, I did ask several times for this company to provide me with payment information and I never got a response. I was paid in December and just saw it yesterday, March 5.
This miscommunication caused a lot of grief and anger. It could have been avoided if I was just provided with the statement letting me know where the money was sent.

Today I won over $1k and when I try to redeem it, they send a message that they need to re-verify my account, but oh theyre on weekend and sit back, rest assured, they will get back to me soon. They take days to process any winnings and actually pay to your PayPal

I get on the platform I download the app I play the game for a while I finally win I hit big I try to withdraw it's been over a month they won't even respond to my emails or my customer service anymore I've sent screenshots and all the proof and no one even answers me. I don't know what type of games they playing but they got more than one game on here so there are a big company so why they playing games with me about my money is completely what's the word ridiculous.
