Issue
I have tried several times to order from the Spin in Prairie Village, KS, before that time I always visited the Spin on Main on the Plaza with no issues. I tried to order from the Main St location but, it was closed do to a water main break.
I again decided to try the PVKS Spin because it is closer to my new home. And again a mistake. I wish it was possible to send a picture of the over $12.00 salad I received. A 1/2 Sonoma w/ chicken.
I was in the restaurant business for over 20 years and this is by far the worst takeout I have ever seen. If you don't believe my complaint send me a way to send you a picture of my 2 grapes, 3 small square pieces of chicken and 3
apple slices. The rest of the salad consisted of lettuce, limited goat cheese and a few raisins and chopped pecans. Not looking for a hand out, I just want your corporate office to be aware that this location is seriously lacking when it comes to takeout orders.
BTW, I ordered online and they could not find my order when I went to pick it up and had to order again and wait. If the charge shows up twice on my card I will be contacting you for a refund.
