First, I've ordered the mail before Black Friday. I did not receive it until February.
I was unaware the mail shipped without the bucket adapter, as it was a big advertising point. Finally, the hopper’s bad design all around provided mounting screws that are nearly impossible to get in. I gave up after two. The Allen wrench provided cannot make a full rotation in any orientation.
I do love making a sixth of a turn for 20 minutes per bolt. Do the engineers hate you? Have they ever tried their design? Finally, there's customer service.
The phone system hung up on me three times, only to leave me stranded on voicemail. Can't even be sure that will work.

The O2 manifold will not seal causing my O2 cylinder to empty. I used a second O2 cylinder with the same results.
