Good morning
I'm afraid I'm very unhappy with the service I'm getting from you.
I received an email on 23rd April telling me that you were taking the SpiderOak One backup service down for an upgrade. You gave me less than 24 hours notice, and said to expect the downtime to be around 4 hours in total.
It's now a week later and it's still not up.
This is the 4th time in the last year that your service has been down for multiple days, and on one incident it was out for a month.
I rely in your service as part of my disaster recovery plan.
I cannot use something that can't be relied on to be there if I ever need to recover my data at short notice, and as such I don't feel that you are meeting the minimum requirements of a backup service.
I'd like to cancel my account and get a refund of the remaining term.
I paid a yearly subscription on 16th December 2023 of GBP £67.33 (equivalent to $84.21 at today's exchange rate). That leaves 7 months of the subscription outstanding, which is $49.12.
Can you arrange that please
