I begged for money back after learning that this firm did absolutely nothing for my case. They kept the majority of my retainer and sent me back a box full of the personal matters of another person's case, duplicate copies of my case and letters from opposing counsel begging for Mr.
Sperline to stop missing deadlines and comply. Tried contacting Mr. Sperline numerous times to no avail. After I dropped services, the things that I was unfairly billed for months in advance were suddenly filed with the court.
NOTE--- AFTER services were cancelled and with no effort on his firms part.
I would not recommend in ANY way. Overbilled and under-serviced is an understatement.
Attorneys should have ethical standards. This firm is anything but.
I would run and not walk away from Jeff Sperline. He will take your money and do nothing for you.
Be prepared to lose in court and pay for the "free" consultation if you hire Sperline Raekes Law or Jeff Sperine Attorney (509) 783-****.
