I contacted the law office of Maria Sperando about a possible medical malpractice case. She a local lawyer in stuart florida.

I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and during the surgery my bladder was punchered in 2 places. I was referred to her and the day I was released from the hospital I called her. She told me that she had to check with her medical experts and would get back to me as soon as she could. I called back a week later to see if she had heard anything, I didn't know what to expect cause I've never been through anything like this before.

I asked her 3 questions and she respond with I can't keep answering your questions and I can't help you. She said she wouldn't help me or represent me. I asked if she could even refer me to another lawyer that could and she said no and hung up on me. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Bar and contacted the office of David Golden who referred her to me.

She made me waste a week when I could have been looking for a lawyer to help me instead of hinder me further.

She was by far the rudest person I have ever spoken too, and completely refused to help me when I needed it and had no idea how to go about the situation. I would save yourself the time and pain of being demeaned by this woman and find a lawyer who actually wants to help people in need.
