Handle issue

I have purchased two die-cutting machines and both have had the screw, washer, and plug fall out. I need a replacement screw and information on how to keep these items in the handle.

My Spellbinders February total Package of Monthly kits was paid for on February 7th($106), but as of today, February 28th, I have not received the products. After multiple calls & emails to Spellbinders, no one has called or emailed me. They show no pride in helping their customers when there is a problem.

Months! But charged twice a month!

To do anything as Im terminally ill from heart lung failure then Covid!

Wont refund my money

I purchased the May Large Die of the Month Club. It clearly stated that if you "in in May you will receive the May die.

I joined in May but was sent the April Dies. I contacted them they told me I order the wrong one which I did not besides its says if you join in May....... They said I had to pay postage to return it. I returned it and it was received.

Now they are refusing my a refund but giving me $40 in credit. I do not want credit, I do not want to do business with this company ever again. I want my $40 refunded and original shipping costs which I believe were about $14.95. Also claiming COVID they do not answer their customer service phone at all.

e-mail takes forever and you never get anywhere with them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
