Cancel my subscription for the 4 th time

I can not get a call back Or CS. Not sure why. Ive been down with Covid since November. Stopped my small Die subscription,I cont to be billed to my pay pal as well as my credit card. Not receiving the die for Months! But charged twice a month! Please stop subscription and credit back Pay pal the $89.(serve charges included on the $15 dies! Ive been ill down with Covid, Ive not been able To do anything as Im terminally ill from heart lung failure then Covid! This should serve as notice. Wont refund my money

I purchased the May Large Die of the Month Club. It clearly stated that if you "in in May you will receive the May die. I joined in May but was sent the April Dies. I contacted them they told me I order the wrong one which I did not besides its says if you join in May....... They said I had to pay postage to return it. I returned it and it was received. Now they are refusing my a refund but giving me $40 in credit. I do not want credit, I do not want to do business with this company ever again. I want my $40 refunded and original shipping costs which I believe were about $14.95. Also claiming COVID they do not answer their customer service phone at all. e-mail takes forever and you never get anywhere with them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
