I got the products that I ordered, but all the instructions were so poorly wri ten (i.e. translated from chinese) that I needed to speak w Customer Service.
after guessing service@***.com, I got service@***.com. And all I could do is leave a message. The message was responded to and said that they would
"work on the issue" and get back in 24 hours. It has now been 3 days.
. I'm not convinced that there are any human employees.
