Battery issue

Still have an issue charging brand new 6s 5000mah 50c and 6s 5000mah 100c batteries only charge to 96% using a s1100 charger

Can not use touch system

Can not use touch system , did know it had this, I want to trade up for a pro model , I purchased the DX5 from MOJO in Oklahoma and they told me they have talked to you about this

Problem with new dx5 touch system

I cannot use the touchpad. I did not know this was on it when I bought it. And I purchased it from MOJO in Oklahoma City. I have spoken with them and the told me that they contacted you about this and I need to talk to you about me sending it back to you and me getting another unit that has the *** I am used to. Technical question Never could get rid ahold of a real person I can't navigate this website because I can't see very well

Tried to navigate the website and couldn't . Maybe I'm just ignorant Couldn't find what I was looking for to speak with the technician and I don't do typing very well
