I ordered garden furniture online and checked with the bank payment went to speedy au and they have not confirmed order let alone delivery date has left me wondering if iv n been scammed utterly disgusted at lack of. Professionalism and customer care iv had to cancel my debit card due to worry it's n been compromised I'd like to hear this is a genuine oversight from this firm but as I can't contact them it isn't looking good

I placed an order on June 23, 2022, containing a drop leaf table, a sofa, a dining room table and 4 chairs. As of April 11, 2023, I have only received the drop leaf table.
After speaking with the manager/owner they said I could have store credit but I just want my money back for the items not received. I understand I signed the contract agreeing to a Covid related delay, but in 2 months it will be a year and I really have nothing to show for it and those terms are no longer reasonable after months and months.
I already purchased furniture elsewhere so I no longer need the rest of the order. I filed complaints with the BBB and I will get a lawyer involved if necessary.

i order a chair was told mid july then august then was told their no date for delivery. ask for a refund they said no refund call district manager he issue refund they said its 75 percent of the money to issue refund that they were going to take.
