This company has some of the most useless customer representatives. Not impressed with Speedy Cash at all!
I was approved for a 400 payday loan and the customer rep changed something and declined me. I am pissed right off!

Preferred solution: I’d like to get my payday loan so I can buy some groceries and fuel for my car and get through until my CPP and OAS come in!! I’m a 75 year old senior and I you people don’t respect the older Canadian seniors at all. I can’t believe it

Scammed out of 100.00 might not seem like much but borrowed and no money kept asking for more
Does not help me with speaking to someone about being scammed Was called about a loan I had requested ,th mans name was Alex white. Then I transferred to a mark wilson.
He told me I had to pay for insurance due to a low credit score score I sent 100.

So my account been restored and I my payment was received, I'm in the process of trying to re loan. I'm happy that my payment went through and I don't owe the additional charges, but the process and website has changed and I'm not really in favor of it, I signed the contract last night but then was asked to do it again and I don't know why it didn't work the first time.
They advertise that you can get a fast, reliable and hassle free loan but yet I'm an existing customer who re loans every month and I have been trying to get my loan since April 18 and I'm still waiting, not even sure if I'm going to get it. I hope these hiccups are just because of the change and will get better with some time buy its still frustrating when your needing to do things and cannot until you recieve your pay day loan.
Once I started getting payday loans it begins a cycle and every month I pay, I have to re loan because I need the cash, but as time goes on they have become completely unreliable, even though I pay my loan back, even when my one source of income was lost, I still managed to pay it back only to have them deny me my re loan because of lost income, I still had an income though, now it seems there website has changed and my account is different and hasn't changed in days, it still tells me I owe for my loan and everyday more money is added on to what I owe even though the preauth went through and took the payment from my account, I've called, left messages and emails and no response since April 17th when my payment was made. I don't know what happened to speedy cash but they used to be great and now I can't even contact an actual human about my issue!
Where is the customer service? So disappointing, when you can't get a loan from anywhere and then you find a company that helps you only to turn into another unreliable, untrustworthy and apparently unhuman disappointment.

- - Emergency loan canceled after repeated document requests; told to apply for a child tax loan, pending for a day with no response after 12 hours.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.
I applied for an emergency loan, then had to submit my bank statements and I'd along with a reauthorization form only to have to repeat this process 3 time then they canceled my application and I got an email stating that they don't provide emergency loans. I then was told to apply for a child tax loan and it has been pending for the last day.
They claim to provide fast and easy services, and give the customer a response within an hour.
But it's been 12 hours and I still haven't received any response. I emailed them and still nothing.

Preferred solution: I'd like to get a response as to why they feel the need to advertise services and make promises that are not kept. And why I have not received any response
