Verified Reviewer |Admitted the Mistake, Billed Me Anyway
In May 2025, I paid Speedway Subaru over $800 to replace a side mirror on my 2019 Forester. I confirmed the correct color using my VIN, but they installed an off-white mirror that didnt match my car.
They admitted they ordered the wrong part, apologized, then told me Id need to pay again if I wanted it painted properly. I followed up multiple timeszero response. Subaru of America couldnt help either. On top of that, a tech accidentally emailed me venting about me instead of his boss.
I've filed chargebacks and a BBB complaint.
This isnt just bad serviceits no service. Dont trust this shop to own its mistakes.
- Admitted error but refused to fix it without additional charge
- Technician sent unprofessional email about customer by mistake
- Installed incorrect part despite correct vin info
