Verified Reviewer New ReviewerAudio got worse, slow problems worsened.
Everything is worse, the alerts that led me to attempt a repair with speedmax/google have made my little N270 processor feel like Chemo overload. So what I heard from your money collector is that for more money we can diagnose your issues. So your product worsened my viewing problems but for a price you can fix them. Really! How about you uninstall your product and give me my money back. Or fix my new audio problem as a service of completion and good service. Because this isn't like a retail service, and YOU can collect without results. Your service is *?#>*#, at the least. Yes I read your don't say it like it is, sue you if you do, nice word thing.

My P.C is no better than it was and I want my money back
I am an aged women, Speedmax, quoted me $29.97, but charged me $39.94. They also said the back up page was free, but each time I go into it they say I have to pay for it. My P.C is NOT going any faster than it was, and there are files they cant fix. Originally, they said if not satisfied, you can have money back, I have tried contacting them by replying to their emails,But they dont answer them. And there is nowhere else that I can find to contact them and tell them I am not happy and want my money back.

Have 138 faults.,have automatic renewal.,cant fix
my computer seemed to have slowed down, and as I had renewed my subscription to SpeedMaxPc in May 2013(I was very pleased with the service I got, last year),I clicked on it to scan for threats...138 were found, but instead of fixing them,as it usually does,it asked for payment! I was sure I had automatic yearly renewal,so I checked with PayPal,and it had been paid. Can you please advise? I do not know why there has to be a minimum of one hundred words....I have explained every thing and just want my computer back to normal, that is all.If this does not happen very quickly, then I will have no other option than to cancel my automatic renewal, and to claim the money that was taken in May,back from PayPal,after explaining why,to them

Want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have paid for the "SpeedMaxPc" your company took my money and then NEVER gave me a pass key or whatever the *** is required to use this product! everytime I try to register it tells me to pay again and every time I try to "fix it" after scanning my supposedly 1,130 problems it tells me I have to pay again! I have been trying to find a phone number and cannot! If I am not contacted or cancelled and get my money back then I will report this site to the better business bureau! my email is vmillette@***.net or my number is 508-947-****

Parsing error - SpeedMaxPC.com
For two-three days now I have been receiving advisory regarding "Parsing error" somehow relevant to something called SpeedMaxPC.com Neat trick, since not only do I not recognize SpeedMaxPC. Plain English: I DO NOT believe I ever signed up with whatever this thing might be pretending to be. "Pretending to be:" said that because when I ran Search for reviews of SMPC.com I repeatedly saw the word "Scam," "Scam," "Scam" in the majority of the reviews. Thanks very much to the It's A Scam writers; I'm sorry for your problems but do appreciate being let to know there is a problem. This is just one reason I avoid BUYING software. SCAM! Viruses, computer damage, other computer users report "WHAT customer service??" and other such red flags of warning. I do believe someone has bleeped the site, making it appear legit when it apparently is not. Example, I do believe I've registered @ P****d Consumer and posted some forgotten number of notes. But the P****d Consumer system does not recognize me? Red flag #2. Don't get taken in by this thing. SCAM!!

Speed max pc never received entry code
Paid for down load by credit card and never received a login code and then was informed by work colleague that pc did not require this programme so then tried to search through web page or some way of contacting company for refund unable to contact in any way.PS product came with 30 day money back gaurantee. Mainly concerned at the fact money was taken but no code or login was sent to enter system and then finding know way of contacting company, so immediately smelt a rat so money definetly taken but know further contact from company in any way.

These 'clean pc' companies like this one, MyCleanpc and others are junk. Don't use them, don't download them and don't trust them.
They are infected with malware whether intentional or not. Malware can piggyback itself to the software and those are the ideal ones because it grants access to files other software can't. Stay away from all of them. Defragment your PC, clean out old files and programs you aren't running and you should be fine.
Take more control over your PC and rely less on these 'quick fixes'. These types of software prey on those less 'techy' and create havoc for the users. I would suggest AVG and the free version works just fine. Catches malware and viruses that Norton couldn't catch.
Just an FYI as a programmer and webmaster. I cringe whenever I see the TV commercials.
