Extremely upset that my cars emblem went missing from the engine bay. Called into the shop to ask about it and the person over the phone hung up without any resolution.
He insinuated that I lied about it, and tell me that its because my car is old. First time customer, what do I do?
Preferred solution: Compensation for time lost and missing emblem.

To whom this may concern, So today is Monday February 19th and I went to your establishment Thursday February 15th in Modesto CA 95350. I've had 15th-18th off from work so I did not drive my car since the oil change and drive to work today at 1030am.
First time I have drove the car since the oil change and on my lunch I drive to a cheveron in the same parking lot to get a coffee. I come out to my coolant all over the ground. The coolant was pink which I'm guessing you guys added cause I use the same coolant for years and it's green. What I'm trying to say is I believe that you guys may have damaged my radiator and filled it with your pink coolant and quick fixed the leak and sent me on my way only to notice at work that all of a sudden a brand new radiator that I just bought has all new coolant and is now not holding any coolant at all.
I hope you guys understand my frustration here as its kind of odd that my radiator isnt holding coolant anymore and if you guys just "topped my coolant off" which I check daily and associate told me in his words "just a little bit" that a little bit wouldn't be enough to change the green color of my original coolant and perhaps some damage was done therefore causing all my original green coolant to leak out and cause your associates to refill with your pink coolant in hopes of me not noticing.
I would appreciate a response to this in a timely mannor please. Thank you for your time.
Preferred solution: I would like my radiator fixed and a investigation into my claims via CCTV. I would just like for this to be fixed in a proper manner and proper timing please.

I carried my truck to SpeeDee oil in Vinton Va. To have acatalytic converter put on.
Clamps where put on not wielded clamps where leaking o2 sensors hole where stripped out bolts where stripped and reused . Old gasket reused between manifold . I was told new bolts were going back in the day it was installed. .
I carried the vehicle back to give them a chance to make it right. I was told they tighten down the clamp and was given an apology for not letting me know they use clamps an dont weild.

Horrible service by staff, owner and his daughter
We used to support the Bedford, TX shop because we could trust the service, but not anymore. My daughter took her car in because it was sputtering when idle and they said it was the transmission which they don't work on.
We then took it to a transmission specific shop and they said no, it isn't the transmission and told us what it was. We received their price and then gave speedee the opportunity for business. They quoted us a lower price even saying you don't need, or I wouldn't do that. Because we USED to trust them, we allowed them to repair the car.
My daughter even double checked with them that it was all taken care of because she was going on a road trip the same day. She was told, yes, good to go. Well... she got a few hours down the road and got stranded.
We worked that out, then upon driving back to DFW, she again got stranded. We had it towed to a dealership. We had to leave it to drive back to the metroplex to go to work. They then fixed basically the same thing Speedee said they fixed so we could be able to drive the car home.
When pulling back up to our house, my daughter asked me to come sit in her car. The ORIGINAL sputtering was still happening! We drove immediately to Speedee so they could witness it, which they did. We haven't had anything else repaired by Speedee because I'm waiting for the owner, Mr.
Kirby, to contact me. He hasn't yet and it's been 6 days!!! HORRIBLE service. His daughter, Rachelle, and staff member, Larry Wood, even lied to us regarding repair on the car.
His daughter was very defensive. We've spent over $1500 and still don't have the original problem repaired. The other shops weren't even asked about the sputtering because supposedly Speedee had fixed that! NOT!!
Lastly, the first day my daughter took her car in, she witnessed Mr Kirby cussing and balling out his staff saying he's tired of their *** service and getting complaints. He happened to turn around at one point, not knowing my daughter was there, and apologized for her having to hear that.
OBVIOUSLY, we aren't the only ones having to deal with this. DON'T GO THERE!!!

Evidently I parked in the wrong spot, was yelled at then ignored. Finally found a manager(?) after sitting in the waiting area, with no one around.
There were no other customers, I explained to the manager(?) I was yelled at and the employee who was yelling started yelling again.
I stated I was leaving and the employee called the C word under his breath.
I turned around and asked him to repeat it and told the manager (?). The manager (?) said I didnt hear that, well of course he didnt he was inside the garage.
I was frightened and left.
Of course Speedee did nothing, and told me there was nothing they could do because they didnt have enough employees.
Needless to say I will never return there

I went to the SpeeDee oil change location at 999 Duluth Highway in Lawrenceville, Ga on November 21, 2022. The next day, once I arrived at work, all the oil in my car had leak completely out onto the ground.
Turns out the out filter this company had put on was not put on correctly. I had to get the car towed back to the place. Once there, I was told it was an easy fix. However, I ended up waiting there over an hour.
I had to go into their garage and make sure they still remember I was there. Very bad experience...

OIL CHANGE: LEAKED ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY
I received an oil change from Speedee Oil in Vinton VA. The next day when I arrived home from work at 1pm I noticed two oil leaks in my driveway that were not there previously.
I called my boyfriend over, he checked the oil and told me to not move my car. Call the people that changed it and tell them to come make it right is what he had told me because the oil was so low. After making the call, I was instructed by the employee to buy a quart of oil and drive over. My boyfriend told me to not do that because I would mess my engine up.
I told the people that I could not move the vehicle. I was put in contact with the owner. This man was very disrespectful and not concerned with what I was telling him. I cried on the phone seriously.
I asked him to please come to my residence and see the oil that was leaking and had leaked from my vehicle. To come see the damage in my driveway. He laughed and told me he would have it towed and if it is their fault they would fix it. This upset me.
Whose fault could it be if not theirs'? I did not have any problems before this. I was told it would take a couple of hours. I asked him if I would get a refund.
He laughed again and said, "Is that what this is all about?" No, it's not. The tow driver came and towed my car. I put him on the phone with the owner and asked him to tell him what he saw. He stated how there were no other oil leaks in my driveway and he can see the oil leaking and could tell this was all fresh oil leaks.
My car was towed and fixed. The tow driver told the employee what he saw in my driveway as well. I took pictures with my cell phone and showed the employee. The employee told me that the filter was faulty and he would fix it.
I asked for a refund and was refused. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and was offered a gift certificate for a free oil change. That's not even for the full value that I paid. I do not want a gift certificate.
I don't want to do business with this company. I want my money back. The employee was extremely nice and apologized but the owner and his behavior are just unacceptable. I don't want to do any type of business with this business.
I want the money back that I paid for a service that was not done correctly. My check engine light came on. Probably because of this. It is now several weeks later and I can still smell oil.
My boyfriend put his hand under the thing and showed me the oil that was on his finger. It's not currently low so we figure it was just not all cleaned up from weeks ago when I had the oil change. But It cost me over 4 hours of my time after working 5am to 1pm and getting home and realizing the problem and not getting back in until almost 5pm. Having to have my car towed, my driveway still has the oil damage from the leaks caused by this and now my check engine light came on.
The owner Tom Haas refuses to give me my money back. I have worked customer service for over 26 years now and that was just the sorriest behavior I've ever experienced or even heard of. The employee was great about it but the owner's response to the entire situation is crazy. I know that customers are in fact not always right but for an owner to not admit that someone messed up and simply refund the amount paid in this situation is crazy.
I don't want a gift certificate. I plan to never have this company touch my car again. While I was there getting my car fixed, Another man spoke with me. He was the Manager of a different location.
He apologized and was kind to me as so was the employee. But after dealing with the owner, I want at least the expense that I paid for the oil change back.
It would be wonderful if the man would come see the damage in my driveway and have that cleaned. I know that would not happen but that is what a good manager or business owner would do.

One small mistake and you want your whole driveway repaved and your money back. Also what kind of boyfriend lets his girl take the lead on this. He should of handled that.
I can probably guess you used the high pitch whining voice that makes people not want to help you, that is probably why you got a gift certificate instead of help. You also probably wanted your car waxed and polished and your driveway resealed.
A full refund instead of a free service. If the service is worth the $39 that I paid why give me a gift certificate worth that amount instead of my money back?
After having a problem like this, I don't want these people to change my oil again. Thanks again for your quick response to my problem with this company. You sound like a very busy person. Thanks so much for taking time out of your busy day to address the negative treatment that I received from the owner.

THE APPEARANCE OF THE DRIVEWAY IS NOT WHAT IS WAS. THERE ARE DISGUSTING OIL LEAKS ON MY DRIVEWAY THAT WERE NOT THERE BEFORE.
MY CAR IS STILL SMELLING OF BURNT OIL AND I DID NOT HAVE THAT PROBLEM BEFORE. BUT THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR RESPONSE.
There is no damage to the driveway. They made it good and that is all you can ask.
