Agree 100%. I have written an email every month for the last six months.

No communication.

You dial their number you get a recording that says all our customer service representatives are busy please leave a message it sends you to voicemail and that instructs you to leave your email address and account number. No one ever emails or calls there is no way to get a hold of a person.

No service, started on November 12, 2023.

Internet went out, no one will answer a phone at Speed Connect or VuMe. I relied to an email requesting payment asking that my service be cancelled on November 26, 2023. I is no way I am going to pay for December 2023 when I cancelled on November 26.

Nov. 12th.

2023 is when my internet went out also. They recieved my payment for bill due on Nov. 10th. on Oct.

24th. I have tried calling Speedconnect and VuMe. Two different numbers at the time, now both numbers you call go to VuMe. Same thing.

All representatives are busy leave your name, number, account number and email address and some one will get back to you. No one ever does. I filed a complaint on line with FTC.

Everyone needs to do that. Thinking a class action lawsuit may be needed.

Lost connection on Sunday. No customer support. Called again at 0800 all reps busy. They make no effort to accommodate phone calls. Impossible to do business like this.Avoid if possible .

We have shut down the modem numerous times a day and rebooted our modem off and on all day and still have very limited serviceI tried calling every day for at least 6 weeks and keep getting the same message every timenobody will answer and then it just hangs up Either I need a new modem or a better internet connection..please get back with us as soon as you can.. Despite calling over 100 times starting in June and writing to every address. Found on their web site to cancel my internet service I am still being billed and given late fees.

I sold my home in Michigan and moved to gulf shores Alabama in July. Tried to cancel service by July 1. Their web site has no way to communicate with them. The email address they give no one ever answered.

There phone lines are never answered. No one has responded to the letters.

Starting the middle of June 2023 I have made over 100 phone calls, never answered. Sent 4 letters and countless emails. No response. I sold my home and moved the end of June. They, however keep billing me! I am beside myself

I have been unable to contact them. I reported them to the BBB and I can't tell if they have discontinued my service.

I have transferred to another cable provider. I logged on to the portal at speed connect and they show I owe 49.95, however, I have not received an e-mail charge or a paper billing from them.

I am still in 'wait and see' mode for future billing. Very disappointing lack of interaction with them.
