I dropped off my machine for service. When I picked it up, my windshield was missing.
They asked me for proof it had one. I pointed to their camera on the side of the building where all the machines are stored.
They said the camera does not work. Now I have no windshield.

The authorized dealer for Kawasaki in Milford Michigan should never be allowed to service another Kawasaki unit. I have a prairie 650 which I took to this dealer for repairs.
They rebuilt the carbs using non Kawasaki parts and charged me 481.00 dollars. The ATV wouldn't even idle. I returned the ATV to them to correct the problem,They replaced the spark plugs and sent me on my way. The ATV still wouldn't idle or keep running.
I took my ATV to another repair shop who replaced the parts with Kawasaki parts and my ATV hasn't run this well in years. I returned the parts to Speed Nation Power sports, showing them that they used the wrong parts and ask for a refund.
They strung me along until the warranty was pasted and would not do a thing for me. Tim Thomas is a poor business man and if he treats customers the way he treated me, I think Kawasaki should reconsider his representing their company
