Resolved: Continued Financial Harrassment
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Finally, I connected with someone WHO LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS. I was able to get them to close my account out, and to stop sending bills.
Their billi g department claimed they were connecting me to their cancellation department several times, and I just waited and waited and waited, listening to the worst of "hold on music!!".
Spectrum continues to solicit me to make payments via texts, although I've blocked their number.
I get the same run around each time I've called their billing office.
This company is a total waste of money for lots of advertised channels that are more than 2/3 repetitious in content. It's a total SHAME/SCAM that this business can operate and rip off consumers while being sanctioned by all levels of government.
WILL MORE CONSUMERS WHO ARE OR HAVE EXPERIENCED WHAT HAS BEEN HEREIN DESCRIBED STEPUP AND SPEAK OUT.
