Update i got no love from Spectrum after years of service. I mean my payment I'm good to go with my account.

But as of now I got other issues like I said I've been dealing with fraud and my identity being stolen. It's been a nightmare. So for example, I just got off the phone with spectrum for my private account cell phone. They shut both lines off after 10 days of a late payment when I've never for years missed the payment.

It's been an auto draft. The guy, the only concern they had on the phone was getting me to make the payment. The problem is these days. The customers aren't focal point of these businesses.

Just ask for CEOs. It's all about cater to the stockholders and *** on the customers. So folks do your homework. I'm taking my business account my private account and I'm going elsewhere I can control who I do business with.

I don't do business with those kind of people they don't care about you. They don't care about anybody but they pockets watch out for all the hidden fees, un loyal, and combative customer service of spectrum. If you want to do business with these guys go for it, you will regret it. They don't have any contracts for a reason cause they backdoor you every chance they get and they're not loyal when you have a contract you don't get canceled after 10 days.

Remember that God forbid this doesn't happen to anybody God forbid nobody has to go through the fraud and identity stuff.

I got thousands and missing out of bank accounts credit cards everything else in there is sitting here strong arming me to turn my phone back on after 10 days of being loyal to them me and everybody I know I'll make sure does not do business with these guys. Tired of these people that just go through life not giving a *** about anybody else.

I am writing this review with a profound sense of disgust and disappointment. As a long-time Spectrum customer with multiple accounts (business and personal), I have endured a litany of issues, from fraud and identity theft to being blatantly overcharged and receiving shockingly subpar service.

My experience with Spectrum has not only been frustrating but also has left me feeling utterly abandoned and exploited.
Recently, I contacted Spectrum to address persistent buffering issues with my business internet, a service for which I already pay a premium. Instead of offering a solution, the representative engaged in a classic bait-and-switch tactic. They sold me on an upgrade, touting a seemingly attractive discount. However, what they conveniently failed to mention was that this 'discount' was merely a temporary facade, masking a substantial price hike of over $100 per month that would kick in shortly thereafter.

This deceptive practice is beyond unethical; it's a demonstration of utter contempt for their customers. This isn't a 'discount'; it's a backdoor price gouging scheme.
This incident is, unfortunately, not an isolated one. I've been a loyal Spectrum customer, even through the nightmare of dealing with the fallout from fraud and identity theft, issues that impacted both my personal and business accounts. During this incredibly difficult time, I reached out to Spectrum for a modicum of understanding and assistance.

Instead of empathy or support, I was met with rigid adherence to policy and a complete lack of human compassion. It was a stark reminder that Spectrum views its customers as nothing more than dollar signs, to be squeezed for every last penny, regardless of their circumstances.
The combination of deceptive sales practices, abysmal customer service, and a complete disregard for customer loyalty is frankly disgusting. Spectrum's behavior is not just disappointing; it's a betrayal of the trust I placed in them. I have been a loyal customer, juggling multiple accounts, and in my time of need, I was not only abandoned but actively exploited.
Let this review serve as a warning: Beware of Spectrum's deceptive sales tactics.

Be prepared for indifferent and unhelpful customer service. And most importantly, understand that loyalty means nothing to this company. They will happily take your money while offering subpar service and treating you with contempt.

I, for one, am finally done. I am taking my business elsewhere, where customer service and ethical business practices are valued.
