NEVER GO TO SPECTRA WELLNESS. I have been a patient for 10 years.
The last two years their service has change tremendously . They don't care if your're out of medications. I 've been out of heart medication and they refused to refill my prescription on several occasions. The office staff Katelyn Dubaninewicz is very rude, hangs up on your insurance company when trying to get a Prior Authorization and lies to the doctors by blaming the patients.
I made a complaint to the office manager and they did nothing even though the phone call was recorded.They will cancel your appointment if you're 8 minutes late but have you wait in the waiting room for 30 mins or more to see the doctor when your're on time. They just lost a 10 year patient and a family of 5.

Dr. Springer is amazing and changed my life
Dr. Spring is an amazing doctor.
After seeing many Doctors and going through way too many tests I found Dr. Springer from a referral of another doctor. He changed my life and has made my health turn around for the better. I am no longer on prescription meds and can say that I would never go to anyone else but him.
This office could have some growing pains, but they do respond via the web portal and I have never been overcharged for anything or felt like I was undervalued as a patient.
Please don't base your opinion on just the people commenting on this forum.
Maybe try another Dr. in their office as I have found the desk people do care and listen.

Deplorable customer service. They do not care about their patients at all.
You cannot get a call from a doctor or nurse if you have a medical question.
The staff is extremely rude and after your first visit, they act like you don't exist. This place is absolutely terrible and gave me the worst treatment I have ever received.
Spectra Wellness Solutions Patient Care Review from Miami, Florida
Call the afterhours line on February 18th 2016 to report an illness and possibly speak to the nurse practitioner Amanda Camp. I called because I am her patient and I was very ill and wanted to know should I go to the emergency room or not or was there anything she could do for me.
I was told I will receive a phone call back within an hour today is March 2nd 2016 and I have yet to receive that call. I could have died, and frankly I don't feel she cared. I called the following Monday and spoke with the nurse manager and she was not helpful at all as a matter of fact she was actually rude. It took everything in me not to curse her out.
I just decided that I'm going to get my medical records and transfer my services and my money along with myself to another physician who actually cares about patients and not money. I will also be reporting them on every website I can think of not to mention the Better Business Bureau this is ridiculous and I have been going there for over 2 years and I felt less than a person.
Oh and by the way I ended up going to the emergency room, something I was trying to avoid. I will never go there again.
Primary Care Review
I have been a patient at Spectra wellness for years. I will say as a nurse myself the quality of care is not what it once was.
I like Dr koche I have worked with her in the past. Spectra wellness has grown so much they can't keep up.
Very unhappy with last visit with new ARNP. I feel bad for people who don't know how to navigate the healthcare system.

The Rn Amanda camp overcharged us and she did not see me x one minute . She prescribes meds without an evaluation.
The clerks are the same they overcharged me. They must be audited for ripping off people. I heard other patients complaining x the same issues like mine. They forced you ti buy their products that are over priced.
This place needs ti be severely sanctioned x malpractice abd hipa violations. They force you yo buy their vitamins and if you don't buy they yell at you. Later we found out the product's were three times.more expensive.
They are talking advabtage of people. Please help us ti report this injustice.

I've been seeing Dr Koche for years . She is the best PRP I have ever had.She is definitely the healthiest doctor I have had .
I, personally, LOVE Spectra! They helped with all my issues and were very accommodating.
Jamie and Stephanie are the best and always willing to help with anything. Dr. Koche has been such a blessing. it is very convenient to be able to buy the products I need while in the office instead of making multiple trips.
I have NEVER been pressured to buy anything, Jamie actually told me some places that carry the same products they do if I cannot make it in for refills. I HIGHLY recommend this amazing office.
They do over charge and eveybody is dx with the same issue
Baloney. They do not yell at you if you don't buy their products.
You can buy equivalent items on the internet for less money.
They provide their products as a service, not mandatory. You just want something to whine about.
