Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They responded, refunded the overcharge and vowed to look into the reasons for the site contact failures.

Why was the final receipt $5.16 higher per case then the order price? Please refund my $10.32 ASAP. Be really careful when you try to get a case discount! A case by most peoples definition is 24 items. Case of beer equals 24, case of bottled water equals 24. At Specs, sometimes a case equals 10, but the employees will try to you and tell you it takes 12 cases OF 12 bottles, which is 144 bottles if theyre a certain size, and the consumer is supposed to figure that out on their own. When I called customer service, through Pissed Consumer, she transferred me to the manager of the San Marcos Texas, Barnes Drive store. She basically blew me off and said, the employee mustve been confused, (because she said it only takes 10 cases of 12, which is still 120 bottles, which most people would not consider a case), but oh well, I dont know what to tell, you it is what it is! Paid in cash and no receipt given. Something smells funny User's recommendation: Be careful!
