False advertising misrepresentation of product by retailer- lack of response to persistent problems with bike during warranty period . Ultimately the bike ( a lemon) succumbed to exactly thby retailer

sent letter to ride- response inappropriate. Not sure if I am going to get a further response. My next step would be the better business bureau and competition bureau.

We purchased a bike for my son February 27, 2023. Order number: US-009406****.

He was riding his bike for the 5th time (we have had a ton of snow here so riding season JUST started for us) and he landed a relatively mild jump when his rear tire popped and his rim cracked. The crack is a perfect line across what appears to be the seam or original welded spot on the rim. Wondering about warranty options for this. I can send pictures.

Tried to call Customer Service at 1-87*-***-**** AND 1-80*-***-**** where ZERO people pick up after more than an HOUR of WAITING! Called last friday 6/23/23 and this today 6/26/23 and it was no different. How else can I get ahold of a human to talk about this situation?
