Rob Lombardo owner of Special Touch Landscaping never completed our job. He came to our home on several occasions and promised to replace all of the dead plants per the written warranty.
After 5 yrs of phone calls and emails he decided to sell his business.
The new owners came over and promised to take care of it and they never showed up. Stay away from this company!!
