Just as other reviews, be aware that Doug Harwood and Shelley Koning of Spearhead Plumbing are scammers. They pad up the hours on their bills and will automatically process the bill on your credit card without notifying in advance and without giving you the invoice prior to charging your credit not giving you the opportunity to agree or disagree with the bill.
Not only are they scammers, Doug comes out to do work with incompetent trainees and tells jokes and talks about his vacations during the time he is working on your time. Absolute scammer.
Avoid at all cost. There are dozens of reputable plumbing companies in the Squamish/Whistler/Pemberton area without having to go through the pain and suffering of dealing with Spearhead Plumbing.

I am not happy with this company at all. I will never, ever call them again.
I don't know where they get all the positive reviews from? The bill was too high from what they estimated me over the phone, and they never finished the work. I had to call another company to finish it. You will never get my business again.
Shame on you for billing people and lying to them about the estimate and how much it costs to fix everything. How dare you over bill me. I will never use Spearhead Plumbing again in my entire life.
They have lost my business for good now. I don't like people being dishonest with me.

STAY AWAY - Doug and Spearhead Plumbing are a bunch of crooks, they double charged us and won't give us our money back. He continually shuts down businesses and opens up new ones to get away from scenarios like this.
He keeps all his customer's credit cards on file and automatically charges them without your consent.
When you receive a bill and pay it by cheque - he then gets the double payment.
He will deny everything when you call him, blaming ex wives etc. What a joke, his third plumbing business in recent years, and a fraud all around.

Doug at Spearhead plumbing, the owner I believe, was shown the work I wanted done and gave me a quote on the work. He charged me way over the quote and did very poor quality work.
He never even did all the work he said he would do. I will be hiring another plumber to finish what he started. I will do more due diligence before hiring a plumber next time. This guy is rated "F" by the Better Business Bureau.
I can certainly see why, don't make the same mistake I did. Hire somebody else, this is your warning.

I hired Doug from Spearhead Plumbing to do some work, I showed him everything I needed done and got a quote. He ended up charging me 50% over his quote and never even completed all the work I had asked for.
The work he did do was of very poor quality and I even had to have him come back to redo much of it. When it re-did it properly he billed me again for the work that should have been done properly in the first place. Be aware this guy will rip you off!! Do NOT hire this guy!!
Check the BBB he has multiple complaints. I don't think this guy can even read a tape measure.

Do NOT trust this guy!! Estimated a job and charged me 50% more and never even completed the all work I got the estimate for.
This guy is a ***! The work he did do was very poor quality.
Learn from my mistake and NEVER hire this guy he will rip you off. I had to make him come back and repair the shotty work he did, he figured I would not notice and when he came back to fix it he billed me for his time even though it was him that did the job incorrectly in the first place.
