Defective Product, No warranty, Rude, Unprofessional
- - Spaulding Stone installed scratched, damaged counters and refused replacement or refund; they were unprofessional and did not honor warranties.
They have not contacted me & they don’t care. They are scammers who steal your money & refuse to warranty their work.
Spaulding Stone installed scratched up, damaged counters in my kitchen and refused to replace them or refund my money. They refused even a partial refund!
Their behavior has been completely unprofessional, resorting to bad mouthing me. They do not honor warranties and do not care about their customers at all!
Preferred solution: Partial Refund 50%
