Resolved: Very poor customer service!!!!!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Sent new shoes. Do t buy anything from them....what a nightmare.
First of all they can respond to ones emails,and improve their customer service big time.For such a well known place to buy wrestling gear they are very poor at rectifying a problem
