Dear Sparrows,
I think there has been a misunderstanding.
The ABSOLUTE LAST thing I am asking
you to do, is Alter my Billing Address.
I have purchased many of your products, and
in several instances, the same product more than once. And each time, my billing address was the same, 160 W.
Camino Real, Unit 858, Boca Raton Florida,33432. My Visa Card has always been the same. A record of all of the (many) products that I have purchased from you, is in your Database System,
and without a doubt, CLEARLY verify that my correct Billing Address is 160 W. Camino Real, Unit 858, Boca Raton, Florida 33432.
Now, I have two Credit Cards from Capital One Bank that may have my old address, and this could be the problem. If so, please let me know, and I will use the that credit card instead. I come from a family of retired Police Officers, Military Veterans, and Government Officials am the furthest thing from my mind, is to break the law. My billing address has never been the same
as my address.
All of my purchases from your
company, Sparrows, have been bought with my
J.P. Morgan Chase Bank Card, and my order history will verify that have in fact purchased many products from you with that card, and with that Billing Address. My Billing Address has always been 160 W. Camino Real, Unit 858, Boca Raton, FL, 33432, unless I made a purchase with you, using another one of my 2 Credit Cards with Capital One.
As far as my Visa Card is concerned, my Billing Address
has been the same for years, as I have been with Chase Bank for over 30 years (I am 70 years old). I only purchase these items to help relieve the arthritis in my hands. I dont open regular locks, and I dont have any interest in opening real locks - if that is what you are concerned about. I am a Retired Veteran,
a Grandfather of 3 Children, and will soon be
a Great Grandfather.
I have NO desire to break
the law Sir/Mam. And the fact that you would suggest that I am asking you to ALTER my Billing Address for a $37 purchase, of something that I have already bought from you in the past, is not only unprofessional, but so hurtful, that I feel like I dont even want to spend another dime in your store. This is probably the result of an employee who is too lazy to check how much money I have spent in your store, using that very same credit card, and my Billing Address for that card. Think about it.
Transaction went through. I then received a message on my phone that the transaction when through. If I was trying to scam you, why, after receiving a message from you that my order was SUCCESSFUL would I write you a message explaining that I noticed something wrong about my Billing Address? Thats because I did notice the incorrect Billing Address, and in good faith, as an honest person who bought from you many times before, I wanted to let you know this, to keep our business relationship, not to end it.
Thus, the denial message came to me after that. Check the timing on those messages. You will see that I am telling you the truth. I only contacted you the second time, to bring this to your attention, not to give you the impression that I was some how asking you to alter my Billing Address.
How can I continue to recommend, or even say good things about your store, any longer. Sorry, but not EVERYONE has it in their heart to break the law.
