Sparks Nissan in Monroe, LA Fraud

My original A/C Compressor went out on my 2013 Nissan Altima. I took it in for a new Compressor. I waited over 3 hours for them to install it. The charge for labor was $472.00 plus misc. This was on 7/19/2017. I was charged $1435.00 total. I am female and they thought they could get away with putting a reconditioned compressor. The number on it is Valeo 815533 AC compressor. We looked the numbers of new one is Valeo 92600-3TA6B does not match the above number on the installed compressor. I sent all this information to the main office and have not heard a thing. Ignored as I was at the dealership and was talked down to. Next plan is to go back with a mechanic and state my case. The proof is in the pudding so to speak. Next stop will be BBB. Ripped Off.

Williegooddeals was a great sales person and answered all my questions with the right answer that I wanted to here. Delivered my car to my wife all the way to Texas.

Love the positive attitude and his appearance as an professional sales person.

Slick Willie knows his profession and has fun at it. I will be back again one day.

Delayed my Warranty and Gap cancellation form from original date I canceled it to get my refund back in 4-6 weeks

I am a co-buyer of a 2014 Nissan Altima S from Nissan Sparks in Monroe, LA. Me and my fiancé recently bought a car through them in December. We have been trying to get our warranty and gap canceled since January 10th and it has been a complete run around with them. My paper work was never sent off and my claim was never started. This week makes 4 weeks I would have been in my six weeks of my claim being filed and possibly returned. We are currently in the process of trading my car in because we no longer wish to do business with them due to the lack of customer service they offer there. And their still offering poor service and even agreed with me to get an attorney involved. You would think they would offer better service after the chaos but from management on down to the employees that dealership is a joke. Every one here in Monroe, Louisiana regret buying or doing business with them.
