One Stop is right
This company is horrible I completed six work orders and never got paid I have spread the rumor that don't business we these thief's !!!!!!! And every time I called or emailed I got nothing but excuses that Manager wasn't available they lost the work orders or they didn't Enter the system right just one thing after another and the one Representative no longer worked there they just keep coming up with excuses so you give up terrible people to do business With I recommend no one weather you have work orders , and Emails you will never get PAID

Sparkling Cleaning, refuse to honor a published rate
Donna the manager, didn´t just refuse to honor a published rate, but kept on going about how the extra money was going to her employees insurance and payments of paperwork, and that we know to be false because when they came to my house, the one that only spoke spanish told us she didn´t even had insurance. Plus the attitude of Donna when asking to respect the rate, she just told me not to be cheap and hang up on me, I´m sorry but paying 85 an hour is not cheap. By the way the reason she gave for not respecting the rate was that i took an extra week to make my second call and she couldn´t do that to her employees. I promese that´s a cuote.
