Product was not as described.
I was VERY DISSATISFIED with my purchase. The item ordered was not as it was let to be.
I wouldnt have minded paying $5-10 for the item that I received, but I paid almost $50 for a Tiny glass ball and a cheap flimsy light up base. This is supposed to be a Christmas present for my son. He is going to be very disappointed and I am furious that I paid this much for what I received. I was completely ripped off.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! You will regret your purchase.

They don’t know their own product battery size!!!
I've spent a month going back and forth with them to get the battery size for something I purchased from them. It's not a regular battery size so while waiting for them, I bought 23As; they didn't fit.
I bought CR2s; they didn't fit. They finally gave me a battery size after going to their implementation group, AG13s, and they didn't fit either! There were no instructions; the battery compartment doesn't list the battery type; their website doesn't list it either! So, I literally wasted money on their product and on three packages of batteries and still don't know the right battery size!
I ordered here to save a few bucks on a birthday gift for a neighbor's kid and instead spent twice as much as I would've off eBay. Stay away from this seller!
Preferred solution: The correct battery size because an AG13 battery is incorrect

My product took a long time to be delivered and when I did finally receive it, there was nothing to tell me the type of batteries used! No instructions, the box was a solid white box so nothing there, the website does not show battery type (its small, not standard).
Ive been trying to find out the battery type for a week and when they got back to me, they said its on the website and still didnt tell me what size battery!
So Im late giving a birthday gift yet they dont give me the info! Cant contact them other than their email!!!

Product never received
I received confirmation of the purchase minutes after it was made letting me know that I will be given tracking information once the product was shipped, ETA five days. It's been 10 days and no such information sent.
I called the number on their website and it is disconnected. The number that is on my credit card statement for the purchase is also not in service. I tried to reach them by email only to receive a form letter telling me pretty much what was in the initial confirmation email. I responded to the form letter twice and received the same form letter in response each time.
I've referred the matter to my credit card company. I will be calling the AG and the BBB.
