Damaged my bumper told me I had to take my car to the body shop of their choosing .Took over a month for anyone to get in touch with me.

My car was going thru the car wash and it stopped .The attendant had to pull something manually to get my car out .He damaged my bumper. I had to go back after being told someone would get in touch with me,no one did I had to go a second time.The incident was reported at that point .I cancelled my subscription and they took money out of my account even though I cancelled my membership a month earlier.

Tried to get a refund for well over a month and manager said that I should have read the contract for the monthly plan. IOnly used for for one month and billed for three. Still haven’t received credit

I found out that the Augusta Georgia Sparkle car washes were purchased by a company or individual in Chicago. Sorry to say the Sparkle car wash on Washington Rd.
is absolute junk. Their washer/dryer has been broken for many weeks, so no dry towels are available.
Also, the buffer wheel isn't turning (recent). They bought a "lemon."
