Im always impressed by how great the car looks. Like its been completely detailed.
Recently a trim piece came off my Mini while it was being cleaned and was ruined. The manager Greg took care of it right away, ordered the part and installed it with in a week. This place has excellent service.
In a world where customer service is almost nonexistent anymore, these guys really stand out.

I was robbed
- Change slot emptied twice.
- A gift card offered, but the incident concerns me.
- I cannot easily identify the owner to report.
I have a small change slot by my shifter that was conveniently emptied of available change, not once, but twice now. A gift card is nice, but it is ultimately the sense of violation that will keep me from coming back and will compel me to encourage all my social contacts from this area where I grew up and went to high school and college not to do business here.
What bothers me more than anything is that I cannot find out easily who owns this business to tell them that this has happened twice now in the time I have been patronizing this business.
I would like so much to tell them that they are having their reputation marginalized by some sketchy employees as well as being misrepresented by the Ormond Beach City Offices as a business not deserving of help by the city to rectify criminal issues. Someone better do something fast.

I have used this company for years and just left in fact. They are great and always willing to go above and beyond fo the care of my car.
I have utalized Sparkle N Shine's services for several years now and have NEVER had an issue. My vehicles always look great when they are done and I have never waited more that 30 minutes. I recommend all of my friends and family.
