Good morning Spareto,
as I already told you in my mail on January 3, 2026, I need the screw cap for the water-in-fuel sensor I purchased from you with the order number 32115****. Please, I have already forwarded you my email many times, but I did not get any answer from you.
I need the screw cap as shown in the attached picture; otherwise, I cannot install the water-in-fuel sensor.

Without the screw cap, the sensor cannot be installed on the vehicle. Unfortunately, the screw cap on my old sensor (see attached photo) cannot be used with the sensor you sent me because it is 1 cm shorter and therefore does not close. I kindly ask you to send me the screw cap for the sensor I purchased from you; otherwise, the new sensor will not be usable.

I got an email saying my order was shipped and few minutes later I got another email saying it is cancelled. And I havent received any assistance in regards to why or money back

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They refunded everything
My shipment arrived damaged by water. The original packaging was replaced with a DHL one.
I contacted them and they said that Spareto needs to contact them because they paid freight. DHL has all photos and proof of the package. I just need to make contact with them to sort this issue.
I am a private buyer. This has never happened before.

The team from spareto doesn't even answer my emails ....they are thieves they stole my money and don't even answer my messages ..it's a pity for a company like this ...
I have ordered from the spareto site 2 speed sensors for my Mercedes Ml 350.
The payment has been successfully proceeded by my bank for the amount of 73.61 euro ( the equivalent of 84.3USD)
YOUR order number fot the payment to my bank in Laos is 3461****
So far I have not received any confirmation by email from spareto regarding the confirmation of the payment and the shipment of the order .
