Administration lies to it's residents
- - A late check for the yearly water bill was cashed.
- - They deny receiving it.
- - A water-service termination notice is issued for end of April 2022.
I sent them a check for the yearly water bill. Due to the fact that it was sent late, now they refuse to acknowledge the receipt of this check.
Stating they never received it !!!!! This is a living community in Central Florida. Specifically, Vero Beach, Florida. The check was for $290.
I checked my bank. The check was cashed. NOW, they send me a notice that my water service will be terminated by the end of April 2022 ! Contact me for further contact information on this Living Community.

Administration Doesn't Honor Leasing Agreement
- - Lease requires weekly garbage and recycling by WastePro.
- - WastePro misses pickups and management won't fix the issue.
My lease states that wastes disposal and recycling material will be picked up once a week. Spanish Lakes has a contract with WastePro in Vero Beach, Florida, for pickup of garbage and recycling.
WastePro constantly fails to pick one or the other. Spanish Lakes Administration refuses to she the problem (even though it is in the lease ). Spanish Lakes states it is my responsibility to dispose of the garbage and recycling .
I'm up to date with my rent and waterbill. I'm looking for resources to help with this situation.Stay away fromS
