Administration Doesn't Honor Leasing Agreement

AI Highlights
  • - Lease requires weekly garbage and recycling by WastePro.
  • - WastePro misses pickups and management won't fix the issue.

My lease states that wastes disposal and recycling material will be picked up once a week. Spanish Lakes has a contract with WastePro in Vero Beach, Florida, for pickup of garbage and recycling.

WastePro constantly fails to pick one or the other. Spanish Lakes Administration refuses to she the problem (even though it is in the lease ). Spanish Lakes states it is my responsibility to dispose of the garbage and recycling .

I'm up to date with my rent and waterbill. I'm looking for resources to help with this situation.Stay away fromS

Preferred solution: Force Spanish Lakes Administration in Fort Pierce, Florida to honor the rental lease.
