Positive experience
So I was having problems with my two cylinder unit. I needed help troubleshooting in order to figure out how to get it back to its original operating form.
Customer service was incredibly helpful and walking me through step-by-step to get the job done.
It took a little while with a Videos going back-and-forth. The machine machine is up and running smooth and now it is not a hassle whatsoever.

It is so unfortunate that many people are falling for the scam of purchasing machines from Spaceman USA and being stuck with a dud. They do not honor their warranty, as they easily say the customer voided the warranty by not maintaining the machine properly.
We have been having issues with out machine a few days after the first use.
We have paid the premium to be trained on how to use the machine so we would be insured we are using it properly.
After multiple calls with their tech support over the first few weeks of service, they had a tech come down to service the machine. During that service call, it was determined that the machine needed to be charged with Freon as it was low. The tech did not check for any potential leaks.
3 weeks later the machine again was not working - and it was determined that it had a failed compressor.
Spaceman USA denied the repair - as they voided the warranty claiming that the failure of the machine was due to our neglect.
We called down our own tech who has diagnosed the machine and found that there was a leak which was the cause of the failing compressor.
This leak is not simply repairable as it is within the machine where the repair would be too costly.
Do yourself a favor and do not get fooled by Spaceman USA's cheaper pricing, and comprehensive warranty. Spend a little more money and buy a quality machine from the big players and save yourself the headache of dealing with this.
