This company is the worst - their sale people have no clue what they are telling you - they state they have up to 16 weeks to deliver but yet no delivery. We found one to purchase but they wont refund they keep your deposit-

Poor customer service

I bought a spa at the show in Redmond OR, paid for it in full upon delivery. The delivery person was supposed to take the pallet, and he didn't, it's still sitting in my backyard. Also, steps are supposed to come with the tub, at least that's what they tell you, the tub was delivered in March and every time I call, the only answer they know to give is that they are still back ordered. On top of that the spa quit working on the first use because of a loose wire. Poor workmanship. Don't waste your time and energy with these clowns.

Delayed Delivery

I ordered this spa at the Everett WA event on 7/4/2020 and was told 6 weeks delivery time. We are going on 16 weeks now and no spa. When I call they tell me the delay is COVID related but I feel like July 4th we were well into COVID and that they had to have known of the delays.

User's recommendation: Don't buy, I'm not sure if it's a complete scam yet but I'm definitely skeptical if it will ever show up!

SHAM! Don't buy at this event!

Purchased a "factory direct" spa at one of their shows in February 2019. Paid a $1,000 deposit (credit card). The spa was built (paid 50% of order balance by credit card) and is now scheduled for delivery 9 months later with the balance due upon delivery. Now I find out I need to pay the balance with a Cashier's Check or 3 days in advance via a credit card over the phone. If I pay by credit card, they want to charge a 3% fee ( about $135). Would have been nice to know up front. The delivery guy is some local, unaffiliated with the company who is far from professional. Hoping the delivery goes well and the Spa is as promised, but I am worried to say the least.

Angry We purchased our hot tub from Spa Pool & BBQ Show, not realizing this at the time as we thought we were purchasing from Master Spas. We purchased the hot tub, was given all kinds of contact information and sent on our way. 3 weeks later we get the delivery team (husband, his wife and son) delivering 900lb hot tub. For real. They slide it off the trailer and onto our driveway and move it a few feet to the landing pad. Now all of a sudden there is a big chip in it and no ones seems to care. We have contacted the Spa Pool location and was told that we would be responded to in the order of importance. So as long as someone with a more pressing issue emails to Dave Spamasterservice@***.com the longer it will take for him to address our issue. Problem is we did not purchase a damaged model, we purchased a new one. We have contacted multiple people, sent in multiple photos and are constantly being passed off. You would think for $8k, you would at least get someone to inform you whats going on. Lack of communication is the worst. Long story short this is an issue that the retailer needs to correct, not Master Spas, but it is the people selling their product that is horrible. Good luck getting anything fixed.

Misleading Information

Representative with Spa Pool & BBQ Show is misleading people about having to add chemicals to the H2X Spa with the Eco Pur Filter. Was told we did not need to add chemicals to spa, this was a big savings. All we had to do was drain spa twice a year and put in a new Eco filter once a year. This is not true after reading the manuel from Master Spas. This was a big selling point to us. Maybe we are just naïve to have thought this. But they should not be telling customers this. I have not received by Trainer 12 spa yet, so will let you know later on that.

We purchased a swim spa at the Spokane Spa Pool and Barbeque Show. We paid for the swim spa 4 months ago and still no delivery.

BEWAIR THEY ARE A SCAM. Have referred to Attorney to get our money back.
