Order never received
I placed an order about four or five days before Christmas. I knew it would not be here for Christmas but its now January 5 and I never received the order.
I emailed the company twice and never received a response.
The second time I emailed the company a response came back that the email mailbox was no longer working. Theres also no phone number listed so I will never be ordering from this company again.

I will like to cancel my order and receive a full refund, Ive contacted Coach and they said they dont do business with you. You gotta be a fraud and I should contact my bank
