I've been waiting to close. I had a due date for divorce court and they haven't met deadlines after the pre-approvel the told me I had more papers to turn in, i did all that but still wasn't able to close before my return court date.
All I wanted to do was to transfer a mortgage out of the ex into my name to keep my house... I have the deed .... Now everything is messed up!! I've been working with them since April.
This company is some bull...
Very unprofessional. How about they just shut down if you can't help people in a timely manner.
