Manager refused to contact this customer to discuss reason they agreed to do repairs, and then after scheduling they cancelled all repair service. Not Professional!
- - They worked on the counter even though it was bought by another company.
- - The half-day appointment was booked, then canceled with no manager contact.
Southwest Granite came and did work even though my counter was purchased by another company. I recontacted the company to fix the chips on my quartz kitchen countertop, and secure the sink with clamps.
Southwest Granite agreed to do all the work. A scheduler contacted me and booked a half day appointment,now saying they would only do the chip repair. The company then called again & cancelled all service!
The Manager refused to contact me to discuss the cancellation. Not Professional Customer Service!
Preferred solution: I would like Southwest Granite and Glass to follow through on the initial repair work that they committed to do, and scheduled an appointment to do.

- - Workmanship is awful; they don't deliver.
- - Brad Goldsmith accused of ripping off customers.
- - They rely on subsidies to hire cheap workers.
Theor workmanship is AWFUL. they do not do what they say they will do. Brad goldsmith will rip off anyone - admittedly even his own mother, just to make money.
They take advantage of government assistance programs to get incompetent workers on welfare just so they only have to pay them $2/hr, and then fires them when the gov subsidy runs out.
They literally know Nothing about granite industry or construction. Only in the business because they saw it as a cash cow.
