Southwest Grain - Customer Care Review

I started a business and salesman came in a used lsg and my business slowed down bad. Because of the economy . I had to let 6 employees go so 6 family effected from poor economy. Close my business. I lost 250 thousand dollars. I sent there machine back to them and had them sign for it. They harrass me by phone and mail daily. Said i broke contract and owe them . Im broke trying to get back on my feet. They told me there not going to work with me in any way. Lady was rude and any one thinking about this company stay away. There the only company that was or is not willing to work with a person who losted his life savings. If you are using them sorry its to late for you. If your thinking about them run away fast.

Preferred customer

I have been an preferred customer for over 10 years, where they have always sent me my order and then I send in my payment, and the payment was always sent in with in 3-4 days. Well, I moved and now before they would send me my order they needed a credit card. WHY is that when I have never had to before, and they have alwayed received payment from me!! Do they NOT trust me, well maybe I shouldn't trust in their products either. I guess I need to know why LTD is doing this, when they have ALWAYED receive their payment from me.
