Item Ordered: Used 300-0****C for 2006 Dodge Charger Hemi 5.7L (VIN H, 8th digit) (RWD)
Roy Wilkerson purchased this engine, Invoice # 281009, 7/8/2016 with a 5 year or 50 thousand mile warranty. The engine had 112,065 miles and now has 148,000, a 32,000 mile diff.
The main reason we purchased this 06 Dodge Charger from him a few months later was because the engine had been replaced and only had 114,750. We added 29,315=32,000 total, over a 3.5 year period. The engine again needs to be replaced but should still be under warranty. Please Call me Alice Cooper at (916)923-****.
You should be able to put 32,000 miles on the engines you sale and you should still honor your warranty. The car is at SWIMS Automotive Repair 4280 Pell Dr., Sac. CA 95838,(916)922-**** I don't have the money to put another engine in this car, you sent me a quote of almost $3,000 when you could exchange/replace it because this engine should still be under warranty. I'll have to pay almost $2,000 for install.
I don't have $5,000. I am still making loan payments on this car and I have taken good care of this vehicle ever since I've had it but this engine replacement should be on SW Engines. Please respond.
I am currently without a car but still have to make loan payments. No one will refinance or add this amount to my current loan because the loan would be higher than the car is worth.

Warning to consumers

Lied to and now haven't received my refund
I would recommend this company as they are a huge scam. We ordered a transmission on June 5th; they say it takes 7-14 business days which is a lie.
We called on the 15th business day, and they said oh sorry we shipped it to the wrong place it should be there next week. They told me they would email me the tracking number as soon as they got it. Well after the 20th business day I called Brian the shipping manager back, and he said again I am literally working on it right now he then stated that I would have a tracking number by the end of the day, and again I didn't receive it. I continued to call on the 25th business day, and again on the 30th business day again him saying the EXACT same thing he told me each time.
I call on the 32nd business day and canceled the order he then said even though it is in transit. I didn't know since I NEVER received a tracking number, but yes, I canceled it as we had already bought another one. He said the order would be canceled and I would receive an email. Well, I did receive an email with the tracking number stating it would be delivered the next day.
So, I called shipping and tracking again to see if it was canceled and nope, he didn't cancel it, so I had to have the customer service lady put in the cancellation. Then told her that they needed to contact the shipping company to stop the delivery as it would not be accepted. That didn't get done either as they did try to deliver it, without success as it was refused.
As it sits today, we are still waiting on a refund. So, do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company!! We saved up to buy an engine and we regret in every way using Quality Used Engines.
We're now waiting on our third engine because the first two weren't tested like they said they were. No one has apologized for this and they have in no way made it right. Instead we've now been waiting now 3 weeks for the third engine while they've ignored emails and calls from us. When we have talked to them they treated us horribly and like it's our fault.
Their products are junk and the words they describe their company being on their website are complete lies. We're an honest family who worked hard to save up and in no way have we deserved the treatment we've received and mostly to have received two faulty engines!! I want to make sure no one has to go through what we have!! The pictures attached are of the first engine that wasn't even cleaned or tested.
According to Quality Used Engine standard processes and protocol weren't taken!! The second engine after our mechanic installed was misfiring and so a compression test was performed. Come to find out the second engine that was supposed to be tested and approved was also faulty! Now we're going on week 3 of waiting for the third engine and to be honest our mechanic is extremely apprehensive to install it.
The track record of the engines actually being verified and tested doesn't seem to be happening. Don't trust this company with your money , time , and trust !

Horrible customer service. I had a transmission from this company go bad after a few months.
My transmission shop filed a claim and soon after I received a tracking number for my replacement. I was not contacted about what they were sending me or the fact that they even received the claim or any of that. My shop said the transmission they sent looked like a salvaged one out of a scrap yard. They only paid $500 of the $700 plus to install it, and then after 4 days it was defective, pump went bad on the highway 100 miles from home.
First person I talked to told me it was one time replacement and there was nothing they could do.
Left a message with his manager never heard back. Called again same person answered and told me there was nothing they could do, when I began to question him on that he repeated there was nothing he could do and hung up on me. Called and left another message with the manager and did not hear back. Sent in two emails about being hung up on and my transmission issues and never got an email back.
After almost a month and a half of trying to get a hold of someone I finally called in and immediately asked for the manager was transferred and told the same thing nothing they could do it was only a one-time warranty. Yet I was told when I installed it that my warranty was still active. Warranty web page says nothing about a one-time warranty.
Have lost over $2500 because of SWEngines and was treated very poorly.
I never raised my voice or spoke disrespectfully. Yet I was hung up on, ignored, and ultimately swindel and left with a replacement that went bad in 4 days.

This Company is known in Wisconsin as well and there is a Law Suit in place as we speak, I advise you to call the DOJ and ask for Lewis Beilin. File a complaint there and you may be able to get your money back ?
I am a small business owner and the customer and I have gotten screwed for $4500 and I am looking to sue for even more ! Spread the word in Oaklahoma and let the state Attorney's office know as well !
