Lost luggage

The worker whom checked me in at the Birmingham Alabama airport suggested I put the overflow of my luggage in a box and that box never arrived in Los Angeles CA . I have called I checked in at the baggage claim and have had no luck in finding this lost box. The box held important papers that I need very badly.

Going out of the country to Dominican

The day that I was supposed to travel which was a Friday I had already checked in online. I did not know of a scan card needed at the time of boarding.

They said you can check in either and at the airport or on the phone or through email we were there three hours before we had to leave. There was seven people working and only five customers. Do you believe that one of them would help me get it all taken care of within three hours and I missed my Flight.

It was not fair to myself and this is supposed to be customer service and its worse. I am writing a letter to Southwest.com because I miss one day in Dominican republic and also cost me taxi cab there and back dont fly Southwest.

At what point were you told you needed something you did not have? At three hours before flight two workers were open?

What did they try to do that took so long?

How long till the remedied the problem? Were you in the security line long?

Luggage Loss

DO NOT COME! They lost my luggage and i'm very dissapointed because I saw the good reviews so I took this air-line and I am so mad because it had my important things in there! DO NOT USE SOUTHWEST.

Flight1118 late

I see my son 2 times a year why was there no notice you guys are so late on flight delay. I could have spent another hour. Had lunch!! Just been with him!! I am so Angry!!! I drive 2.5 hours to drop him off for flight!!! Not acceptable

Pretty sure there are ways to check the status of a flight. But, that can change in a second, so it's best to be at the airport early than miss the flight entirely.

I was very dissatisfied with the service on the plane,as I explained I am a diabetic and they did not offer any water or drinks on this flight not even a snack,once the plane landed I was so dizzy from not being able to take my medicine I took this flight one way and it cost me 266.00 and I want to be compensated for this flight because Im so dissatisfied with your airline service.

Knowing your medical condition, you should have brought what you needed to actually survive instead of expecting others. I feel bad for you if something bad happens, you will not make it act like this.

Staff on flight 3499 was so ghetto didnt say it was full flight then told my Mom to put her purse up in the overhead and it was in the right size range ! Im so upset I hope the staff is not on the plane when we go back to Kansa city. I hope it is a diff staff

I've flown Southwest Airlines for nearly 20 years now. Today I was trying to go into the website to find out restrictions. There was on check baggage and boarding baggage. It kept asking for my username and password which I get putting it in, putting it in and kept on saying it wasn't right. We went and I even reset the Password stop and went to log in again. They said that wasn't correct after 2 hours. I gave up since screw it. I'm going to let pissed consumer take care of this and tell him LOL

Typical old coot who still thinks this is the good old days when companies were willing to pay for "humans" to answer phones. If you want people instead of sites, tell them you want to pay more for them. If not, deal with the tech or not.

Trying to reschedule a flight

I had a flight for Friday tried calling to reschedule all Friday and no response had to buy a next ticket it's unfair for customers to be calling your numbers and not getting through this is a lot of money and I'm hearing I can't get back my ticket the flight number is 48A3YY I'm very disappointed
