Trying to resolve my order!!! Been trying for over a week!!! No one returns my call!!!!
- - Paid over $2000; 2 of 3 boxes arrived.
- - They claim I owe $35 but I paid in full.
- - I never used any stickers.
- - No one answers the phone.
I paid over $2000 for my order & received 2 of my 3 boxes as they say I still owe $35 but paid in FULL & never used ANY stickers for extra pictures!!! Now they are holdin about a $500 box with a thumbprint I already paid for!!!

- - Tapes claimed to be digitized, but that was deception.
- - The tapes were returned, but no refund has been issued.
DThey said the tapes were being digitized and that was a deception as far as a month later. I got my tapes returned, but no refund.
I was told to call Back today to have it returned to another method but that was also a lie. I called back only to be told my refund will take three more weeks. Poor decision to go here.
Im so sorry I did this. That was in January and this is may and I was told 8 weeks.
