Extremely rude bad service in Fontana California

Well now my next complaint is your *** website service I called customer assistance listen to the whole nine yards went through everything and then just got a busy signal your website is very hard to use it keeps asking me dozens of questions that have nothing to do with my problem or my questions okay let's try this your store in Fontana California on Foothill I went in there to buy two of your products because we already have a couple the person who helped me or I don't know enough about that he passed me off to somebody else the second guy did the same thing I don't know anything about that I'll find somebody you know if I'm standing around and I know it's because I was a woman or I felt like it was because I was a woman and and men were being helped being helped immediately when I finally got somebody whom could help me and not in stock but he called your company because he had just placed an order to see if he can get it they said he had to play some of them in order blah blah blah if I could talk to the gentleman and retailers that you can't in this day and age ship stuff like Amazon and it you know there's so many places you can buy stuff on the internet get it overnight in the gentleman on your phone at whomever the store called says well then just go buy it on the internet and hung up and that's what they want to do instead of supporting small real retailers they're telling people to buy it on the internet which yeah guess what you can that's not fair too businesses
