Long service appts. nothing done One was three days one was two days very inconvenient

I have been trying to resolve three major issues with Savannah Service Dept. Radio in my 2019 RDX takes upwards of 5 to 10 minutes before it goes on. The first time I mentioned it they allege they could not replicate the problem. I guess shutting the car and restarting was a problem. The second time I found out that other cars had the same radio problem from a rep that happened to be at the service dept that day and was told to simply touch the house symbol and it would come on , Not True. The third time they had the car I advised them that somehow the radio went on in just 30 to 90 seconds, An adjustment must have been made by someone. I'm paying sirius and not get the full benefit. Horn Issue, My horn sounded like a toy like only one horn was working. They had the car for over 41/2 hours for the horn and tire rotation and oil change. They could not fix the horn and indicated they had to order parts. Next trip to service they told me they had to change both horns. The horn sound has not changed at all. Spent hours this time also... Poor Gas Mileage. I reported that on trips to Charlotte I would only get 23 to 24.5 mph. I was told they needed to add an additive to the gas and it would get better in time. It was never mentioned on my bill and no one knew of any kind of additive. The car still gets very poor mileage on trips. I was told however that the additive was added?? Not to happy with the aforementioned obviously and all three service calls took an hours and some took days and still none of the issues other than the radio that fixed itself works properly.. Time to buy American
